We begin with a careful examination of your current situation from which we bring some visibility to what and how you print in your organisation. From there, we can design a solution that removes the waste and the hassle and leaves you free to concentrate on your core business.
Based on the data from the Discover phase we will design a solution that removes the waste and hassle and meets your business requirements. During this phase we work with you to make sure we carefully plan and implement the solution – because we all want to be sure that the only impact on your business, and your people, is a positive one.
Transition & Implement
Here we use our experience, skills and knowledge to project manage the implementation and introduction of the new solution and help change user behaviour so that you get the best results. What is more, we keep working with you to make sure it stays that way.
Manage & Support
Once up-and-running, we will make sure everything works as it should so that it meets your needs now and into the future. At the core of our MPS offering is Fleet Management where we take responsibility for managing the document output fleet against agreed KPIs and managing to SLAs, to deliver and agree the business case. You will no longer need to manage printers, record and report meter readings or waste time ordering consumables. We also provide a service desk for event, incident and problem escalation management, and service request fulfilment for those occasions you need to contact us. Everything will be easier – from procurement through to accounts.
Unlike some managed service solutions, Canon Managed Print Services includes a Review phase to ensure the benefits are delivered and that the solution remains optimised over time, meeting the evolving needs of your organisation. We define clear contract governance that ensures that it is clearly understood when, how and with whom we will review the status of your MPS contract and the format and content of those regular reviews.
